When working with me, I will prioritize creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. And together, we will explore any difficulties, struggles, or concerns at your pace. We will work together to help you find resources within and help move you towards a direction of change and growth.
I have experience working with individuals experiencing various concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, perfectionism, procrastination, academic or familial pressures, identity, life transitions, life meaning, and cultural concerns.
I offer free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. I provide individual therapy sessions online and my availabilities are on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
